- 𝗧𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵: 80–120 MPa (unfilled); up to 200 MPa with 30% glass fiber reinforcement
-𝗘𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗹𝘂𝘀: 2.5–3.5 GPa (unfilled); 8–12 GPa with GF30
- 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: Good, especially when reinforced
-- 𝗪𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: Excellent for gears, bushings, and sliding parts
🌡️ 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁: ~260–265°C (higher than PA6)
- 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: 90–100°C (unfilled); up to 250°C with glass fiber
- 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: 80–120°C in dry environments
💧 𝗠𝗼𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 & 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲
- 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Up to 2.5% in air (hygroscopic)
- 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: Resists oils, fuels, weak acids, and alkalis; avoid strong acids and polar solvents
- 𝗛𝘆𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆: Can degrade in hot water/steam unless stabilized
⚡ 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- 𝗗𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵: 20–25 kV/mm
- 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆: 10¹⁴–10¹⁵ Ί·cm — suitable for electrical insulation
